AI Chatbot Service Agreement
The Happy Bluebird (our company) agrees to provide you with an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot solution, including:
- Creation of a customized AI chatbot avatar specific to your business/industry
- Implementation and integration of the AI chatbot on your website
- Data scraping, analysis, and training of the chatbot using your website content
You agree to pay us the following for the AI chatbot service:
- Setup Fee: $275 (one-time charge for initial setup and deployment).
- Optional Setup Fee: $475 (Chatbot setup and deployment, plus 12 months maintenance). Includes any software upgrades that we release and one monthly data addition at your request. Examples include but are not limited to: location changes, technology changes, service modifications, prices, and so on.
You agree to give us a one-time access to your website. You may choose to install the software on your own, with instructions from us. The price of installation is included in the one-time charge.
Term and Termination
The initial term of this Agreement shall be 12 months from the date of successful installation on your site. After the initial term, this Agreement WILL NOT automatically renew. Please contact us for renewal details at: (984) 352-6279.
